Journey
Gonemili Grace, born Irie Lou Grace Sarah (later changed to Gonemili Lou Limini Grace Sarah) in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, is an Ivorian Christian beatmaker, producer, composer, instrumental artist, and multimedia creator. Her artistic journey began with drawing and visual arts during her school years before financial constraints interrupted her formal education. She later transitioned into music production, developing an interest in beatmaking and instrumental composition through mobile production applications.
She began creating music professionally in 2020, releasing her debut single, "Danse à ton dernier souffle," under the name DJ Grace. The release marked the start of her independent career and introduced her early blend of electronic, hip-hop, and instrumental influences. Following a period dedicated to other creative activities, including radio broadcasting, she returned with a stronger focus on Christian-themed music and faith-based content.
In 2024, Gonemili Grace released her debut album, "Instrumental by Gonemili Grace," a release that showcased her production style through instrumental compositions rooted in electronic music, house, lo-fi, and contemporary beat culture. The album established the foundation for a growing catalogue that later expanded with releases such as "La Vérité pour Ceinture," "Instrumental by Gonemili Grace (Édition Deluxe)," "Sur Terre," and "Soleil."
Her discography spans Christian music, EDM, house, electronic, hip hop, trap, pop, and lo-fi genres. Notable releases include "Il est bon," "Ressuscité," "Jésus Christ est Dieu," "La Vie Éternelle," "Gloire de Dieu," "Demeure en Dieu," and "Dit aux Églises." Beyond music, she has worked in radio, publishing, graphic design, writing, and other independent creative ventures.
